General process

How to order from Website:
Step 1: Body Style Selection
Our body styles are grouped into various themes, you can browse through our catalog by clicking on the links on the left column. You can also click on the male, female, coupe icons to see all the styles by gender.
| Step 2: Define details
After you selected the body style, click on the picture and enter the product page. Then you can specify the eye color and hair for your figurine.
| Step 3: Check out
After defining the details, click on the "add to cart" button to check out. You can either select "express check out" or register a new account to proceed. At the "delivery information" page, you can upload your photos and specify the requirements or description for your body style if you ordering full custom body.
| Step 4: Make the payment
Currently, paypal is the sole transaction method we accept. Through paypal, you can pay directly with your paypal account or with your credit card.
| Step 5: Figurine creation
Based on your photo, we will sculpt the figurine head and the body for you. The first photo proof will normally be available in 3 days. If any revisions, we will modify the figurine according to your comments until you are satisfied.
| Step 6: Delivery
We deliver worldwide direct to your door by DHL or EMS. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. | | | | |
